You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. Sweat Science Studio is a place for everyone and while we understand your concerns on starting something totally new, we do have our “Boxing Basics” class made just for you.

I DON’T HAVE A PAIR OF BOXING GLOVES

Lucky for you, we have plenty of fresh new gloves! We clean them after every class and you’re always welcome to use them.

I DON’T HAVE TIME
With a variety of class times and lengths, Sweat Science Studio makes it easy to fit a workout into any busy routine. Whether you’re a 7:00am early bird or an evening warrior, there’s a class for your schedule.

I’M AFRAID OF GETTING HIT IN THE FACE
Our classes do not involve any contacts to the face. While we do have partner drills, our drills involves partner padwork- which means you are only punching your partner’s gloves.
