As the name suggests, this class is catered to anyone who would like to visit/revisit the roots of boxing - footwork and the 6 basic punches.

This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in boxing and feel more confident during classes.

Skills & Drills

Sharpen your boxing skills and deepen your knowledge of the sweet science in this partner-based workout. As they say, the best defence is a good offence and you can expect that in this class.

Open to all levels with a basic understanding of fundamentals.

Boxing Flow

If you hate running, this will be the perfect substitute. Be physically and mentally challenged to complete the chosen flow designed by our coaches within the class duration.

Sweat Science

Let your hands go and get your body moving in our signature class! This is a high intensity class and you can expect a heavy bag workout combined with strength training.
